Terms of Service

Renderen provides an AI image-enhancement tool that turns uploaded design images into photorealistic renders. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Credit & payment. Renders are paid for from a prepaid wallet. Top-ups are processed by Stripe. Each render deducts a fixed amount from your balance; if a render fails to generate you are not charged — the amount is returned to your wallet automatically.

Your content. You must own or have the right to upload and enhance the images you submit. You keep the rights to your images and the renders produced from them.

Acceptable use. Don’t upload unlawful content or use the service to infringe others’ rights.

AI accuracy. Renderen is an AI tool that is continually learning. It is built to faithfully reproduce your design, but on rare occasions small details may vary. You are responsible for checking each render before sharing it or relying on it — renders are provided for presentation purposes and are not a guarantee of the finished installation.

Refunds. You only pay for renders that generate. If an image genuinely fails to generate, the credit is returned to your wallet automatically. Renders that complete are not refundable on the basis of the result. Unused wallet credit may be refundable on request. If you believe something has genuinely gone wrong, email support@renderen.co.uk.

Availability. The service is provided “as is”; we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.
